The Toyota Ae 86 or Corolla is often called the “Trueno”. The Trueno is famous for its drifting and appearance in the TV show anime Initial D. The main character drives the Trueno and is challenged by other drifters in becoming the best drifter in the prefectures of Japan.

This car is an excellent car to drive for beginning drivers with good balancing rear-wheel-drive compatible with drifting and driving. The classic panda color is iconic with the black on the bottom and the white upper half. Also, the yellow fog lights and orange high beam are an attractive feature to the car. This coupe is also the past predecessor for the 86 cars like the Subaru BRZ and Scion FRS. Fun fact about this car is that is was drifted by the legendary “Drift King” Keiichi Tsuchiya.
